Krzysztof has started his adventure with sport in his early childhood
His first favourite sports discipline was football. Then Krzysztof became fascinated with martial arts. Because of intensive workouts he spent a lot of time at the gym. He has been training bodybuilding for 10 years now and has been taking part in bodybuilding competitions for 5 years. Krzysztof possesses wide know-how on designing workout plans, supplementation and nutrition. He trains both men and women. After work he works out, does sports, takes part in bodybuilding and fitness competitions, TV programs and photo sessions for bodybuilding magazines.
