Krzysztof has been a sportsman for more than 12 years.

His main passion is bodybuilding. In the past he tried different types of sport – he was an athlete (sprint), played team sports, did martial arts, then crossfit, but bodybuilding became his favourite discipline. He has been working as a personal trainer for 6 years. Thanks to numerous courses and studies he has gained broad knowledge on bodybuilding. He has tested it on himself and achieved impressive results. Krzysztof takes part in relevant coaching sessions and follows the newest trends in bodybuilding.
