Rafał is a personal trainer and has been working out for three years.
He started his adventure with bodybuilding when he was in secondary school. In the past he used to play football, but soon realized that it was not for him. He started enjoying the trainings at the gym and took part in the first competition. The first successes came with time – in 2015 Rafał got a second place at Europe Championships. He knows how to motivate people and he does it well.
